Shipping and Returns Policy for IndiB Skincare

At IndiB Skincare, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience, ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and that any returns or exchanges are handled efficiently. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines our processes and procedures in accordance with UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant laws.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Shipping Policy
IndiB Skincare ships products to the UK and internationally. We aim to ensure that your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
1.1. Order Processing
Orders placed on www.indibskincare.com are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, subject to product availability and payment authorization. Our customer service team will notify you if there is any delay in processing your order.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
1.2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods based on your location. The cost and delivery time for each method will be calculated at checkout.

  • UK Standard Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days £4.95.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that during peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
1.3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, shipping carrier, and product availability. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within a specific timeframe.
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team, and we will investigate the issue.
1.4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also have some restrictions on international shipping to certain countries. If your shipping address is outside of the regions we serve, our customer support team will notify you.
1.5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the courier's website using the provided tracking number. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IndiB Skincare. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy in line with UK consumer law.
2.1. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. This is known as the cooling-off period.
To cancel your order:

  1. Notify us in writing (by email or using our contact form) within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

  2. Provide us with your order number, and specify the items you wish to return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).
2.2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any seals, labels, or accessories.

  • Please keep the proof of return postage when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

2.3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Any products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

If the item(s) you return do not meet the above conditions, we may refuse a refund or exchange.
2.4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2.5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend that you return the original item under the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the original product, and a new delivery fee may apply to the replacement item.
2.6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs. To assist with your claim, please provide photographs of the damage or defect.
3. Returning Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you can still return it, subject to the same return conditions. You will need to provide the order number for the gift purchase, and refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
4. How to Return Items
To return an item to IndiB Skincare, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@indibskincare.com or via the online contact form within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

  2. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your items.

  3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging, and include a note with your order number, name, and reason for the return.

  4. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • UK Returns: If you are returning the item because it is faulty or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning the product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. International Returns
If you are returning a product from outside the UK, please ensure that the returned items comply with UK customs requirements. Any customs charges or duties incurred during the return process will be your responsibility.
